ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally to select countries. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for domestic orders.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which vary by country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. We accept returns on rackets that are new, unused, and in their original packaging. If the racket shows any signs of wear, marks, or use (including removed plastic or tags), we won’t be able to accept the return. To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at apparel@reservepadel.com with your order number.

Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

CANCELATIONS

Orders placed before 2pm ship out the same day. We offer order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped out. If it's been more than 24 hours, the order is likely already in process and may not be eligible for cancellation. For pre order items, we offer cancelations within 24 hours of purchase.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details, and access exclusive offers.
